Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to the iBoost website and the purchase, customization, performance and delivery of services offered through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Service provider
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between the customer and IBOOST GAMING LTDA, operating under the iBoost brand. They apply to the use of the website, customer account, support system, order calculator, checkout and all services purchased through iBoost.
Before submitting an order, the customer must have an opportunity to review these Terms, the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy. By expressly accepting the legal terms and placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the version presented at checkout.
If the customer does not agree with these Terms, they must not place an order or provide account access information.
Eligibility and customer authority
Customers must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. A person who has not reached that age may use the service only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for the order.
The customer confirms that:
- All registration, billing and order information provided is accurate and current.
- They own or are lawfully authorized to use every game account connected to the order.
- The payment method is being used with proper authorization.
- The order is not connected to fraud, account theft, payment abuse or any unlawful activity.
iBoost may request reasonable identity, account ownership or payment verification before accepting or continuing an order.
Services offered
Depending on the selected game, platform, region and availability, iBoost may offer services including:
- Pilot or account progression services.
- Self-play, carry and assisted-play services.
- Coaching and scheduled training sessions.
- Rank, level, achievement and progression services.
- Runs, raids, matches, quests and challenge completion.
- Farming and other measurable in-game objectives.
- Gold, currency or item delivery for selected games where the specific service is permitted and operationally supported.
- Individually quoted custom orders.
Service availability may vary between games, platforms, servers, regions and seasons. Displaying a game or service on the website does not guarantee permanent availability.
Gold, currency and item delivery
Gold, currency and item delivery services are made available only for selected games, regions and configurations where iBoost determines that the service can be offered under the applicable operational, publisher and payment requirements.
iBoost may refuse, suspend or cancel an unsupported delivery configuration. If iBoost cannot accept the order and no performance has begun, the customer will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
No publisher affiliation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, iBoost is an independent service provider and is not endorsed, sponsored, administered by or affiliated with the publishers, developers or owners of the games displayed on the website. All game names, trademarks and artwork belong to their respective owners.
Orders and formation of the service contract
Website listings and calculator results provide service information and estimated availability. An order is submitted when the customer completes the required configuration, accepts the applicable legal terms and successfully completes checkout.
Payment confirmation or an automated receipt confirms that the order was received. The service is accepted for performance when iBoost confirms the order, assigns it for fulfillment or changes its status to processing.
If iBoost cannot accept the order, it will notify the customer and refund the corresponding payment through the original payment method.
The order confirmation, selected options, final price, customer acceptance record and the version of the legal documents presented at checkout form part of the service contract.
A service may begin promptly after acceptance when the customer requests or selects immediate commencement. This request does not remove any right that cannot legally be waived.
Prices, currencies and payments
The final payable price is the amount displayed before checkout after the customer selects the relevant service, options, quantity, platform, region and applicable add-ons.
Prices may be displayed in different currencies. Currency conversions may involve exchange rates, rounding or fees applied by payment providers or the customer’s financial institution.
The customer must review the configuration and total price before confirming payment. iBoost will not add paid options without the customer’s express authorization.
If an obvious technical, configuration or pricing error is identified before performance begins, iBoost may offer the customer the corrected order or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. This provision does not authorize arbitrary price changes after a valid order has been accepted.
Payments may be screened for fraud, identity verification and security purposes. A review may delay order acceptance without changing the purchased scope.
Order scope, extras and requested changes
The purchased scope consists exclusively of the game, platform, region, mode, quantity, target, options and add-ons shown in the order confirmation.
Features, levels, items, runs, ranks or other results that are not identified in the order confirmation are not included merely because they are related to the selected game or service.
Changes requested after purchase may require a revised price, completion estimate or fulfillment method. A paid change will only become part of the order after:
- iBoost provides the revised scope or quotation;
- the customer expressly accepts it; and
- any applicable price difference is paid.
A booster may voluntarily provide a minor benefit or additional result without charge. Such goodwill does not modify the contractual scope and does not create an obligation for current or future orders.
Customer obligations
The customer agrees to:
- Provide complete and accurate instructions needed for fulfillment.
- Respond within a reasonable time when confirmation, access or additional information is required.
- Maintain valid contact information and monitor order communications.
- Avoid interfering with active service performance, including unauthorized simultaneous access when this could interrupt or compromise the service.
- Notify iBoost of relevant restrictions, prior sanctions, account limitations or unusual account activity before the service begins.
- Use the website, messaging system and support channels respectfully and lawfully.
If missing information or customer conduct prevents performance, iBoost may pause the order until the issue is resolved. Any resulting estimate may be adjusted reasonably.
Account access and credential security
Pilot services may require temporary access to a customer account. The customer authorizes access only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service.
iBoost and assigned professionals must not knowingly:
- Make purchases with the customer’s funds without express permission.
- Send unrelated messages or impersonate the customer beyond what is reasonably required for performance.
- Change account details outside the authorized scope.
- Retain credentials longer than reasonably necessary.
Account access information must be shared only through the methods designated by iBoost. Customers should not place passwords, authentication codes or other sensitive credentials in public messages.
Customers are encouraged to use a unique temporary password when appropriate and change it after completion. Two-factor authentication procedures may require direct customer cooperation.
iBoost applies reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access. However, no credential storage, online communication or account-access method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Delivery, evidence and completion
Completion is determined by the agreed objective recorded in the order confirmation, such as reaching a target, completing purchased runs or sessions, providing the agreed coaching duration, or meeting the written criteria of a personalized order. Partial progress alone is not completion.
When the agreed service has actually been delivered, the Booster submits completion for review with a working evidence link and relevant delivery information. iBoost makes this information available and notifies the customer through the account or another recorded official channel. A Booster's submission is a request for review, not confirmation by the customer.
Customer review — 15 calendar days
The customer has 15 calendar days from submission of the completed service for review, with evidence available and notice to the customer, to review the result, confirm delivery or report a discrepancy. The period does not begin at purchase, payment, assignment or submission of partial progress. If evidence or notice is missing, the closure period does not begin until those conditions are satisfied.
Customers should compare the delivery with the agreed scope and use the available confirmation action only if it has been fulfilled. To report missing work, incorrect delivery or another problem, contact iBoost Support or support@iboostgaming.com, including the order number, a clear explanation and relevant evidence.
A problem raised in the order chat should be escalated to administration for recording and review. Customers should not assume that every chat message is automatically recognized as a formal complaint by the software. iBoost must record delivery complaints received through its official channels. An unresolved recorded complaint, payment hold or other material unresolved issue prevents routine automatic closure while it is being reviewed.
Confirmation and administrative closure
The customer or iBoost administration may confirm completion after reviewing delivery. The Booster cannot confirm their own work. By accepting these Terms for the purchase, the customer agrees that, if the completed service and evidence have been submitted, notice has been provided and no unresolved complaint, material issue or payment hold is recorded, iBoost may administratively close the order after the 15-calendar-day review period, subject to scheduled processing.
Non-response permits closure under this agreed procedure; it is not an express confirmation, signature or message from the customer. The final completion record identifies the actual closure method and must not state that both parties expressly confirmed if the customer did not do so.
iBoost may retain reasonable progress records, timestamps, notices, messages, completion evidence and a final completion document for support, security and dispute handling, according to the Privacy Policy. Where a final document is generated, it should include the submitted evidence link and distinguish customer confirmation, administrative confirmation and closure after the unanswered review period.
The review period and administrative closure do not waive mandatory consumer rights, legal remedies for nonconforming or incomplete services, or valid payment-dispute rights. Requests received later are assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law. This procedure does not retroactively replace the terms of an earlier purchase without the customer's express agreement or a requirement of law.
Start times, estimates and delays
Start and completion times displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly identified as a guaranteed contractual deadline.
Performance may be affected by circumstances including:
- Game updates, maintenance or server outages.
- Matchmaking conditions and queue times.
- Season resets or publisher rule changes.
- Regional or platform availability.
- Customer response or account-access delays.
- Unexpected difficulty or changed in-game conditions.
- Security, fraud or identity-verification reviews.
iBoost will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays. Depending on the circumstances, the available solution may include a revised estimate, reassignment, an equivalent alternative, partial refund for the undelivered portion or full cancellation.
Execution starts after a Booster is assigned and the required access, prerequisites and practical scheduling are confirmed. The usual expectation is to begin within approximately two hours after assignment, not an unconditional guarantee. Normal and immediate priority generally describe the intensity and priority of work, rather than a universal promise of instant start. Any specific commitment included in the accepted purchase remains applicable.
Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes
Refund and cancellation requests are assessed according to the order status, documented progress, service type, reason for the request and mandatory consumer law.
Before performance begins
If a customer cancels before performance begins, or if iBoost cannot accept the order, the customer will generally receive a full refund through the original payment method.
After performance begins
Where permitted by applicable law, a cancellation after performance begins may result in a proportional refund covering the objectively undelivered portion of the service. Documented work already performed may be taken into account only where legally permitted.
Completed orders
Once a service has been fully and correctly performed, ordinary refunds for change of mind are generally not available, except where a mandatory right of withdrawal, warranty, nonconformity remedy or other non-waivable consumer right applies.
Failure or material nonconformity
If iBoost cannot provide the agreed service, materially fails to comply with the purchased scope, or confirms serious misconduct in fulfillment, the available remedy may include correction, re-performance, replacement, proportional price reduction, partial refund or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Customer obstruction or non-cooperation
If performance is prevented by inaccurate information, loss of authorized access, repeated unauthorized interference or prolonged customer non-response, iBoost may pause the order and request cooperation. Any cancellation will be assessed according to completed and undelivered portions, subject to mandatory law.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a right that cannot legally be waived. Brazilian consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for qualifying distance contracts. Customers in other jurisdictions may have additional mandatory rights.
Refund method
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method. Processing time after approval may depend on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
Chargebacks and disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact iBoost before filing a payment dispute so that the issue can be investigated. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, iBoost may submit the order record, customer acceptance, messages, progress history and delivery evidence to the payment provider and relevant financial institutions.
iBoost may pause active fulfillment while a payment is reversed, disputed, unauthorized or under investigation. This does not prevent a customer from exercising any lawful dispute right.
Completion review and unresolved complaints
The 15-calendar-day review and closure procedure in section 9 applies to submitted completed services. A recorded unresolved delivery complaint prevents routine automatic closure during review. Administrative closure is not proof that every part of the service was correctly delivered and does not, by itself, defeat a refund or other remedy supported by the evidence and applicable law.
Customer non-response during unfinished work does not allow iBoost to treat that work as fully delivered. Any cancellation or partial refund for unfinished work is assessed separately under this section and the Refund Policy.
Game sanctions and account incidents
Game publishers control their platforms and may apply warnings, restrictions, suspensions, rollbacks or bans. Publisher rules and enforcement methods may change without prior notice to iBoost.
iBoost uses reasonable operational measures intended to reduce risk, but cannot guarantee that a service will never be detected, reviewed or sanctioned by a publisher.
If an incident occurs, the customer must notify iBoost promptly and provide reasonably available information, such as the publisher notice, relevant account history and incident date.
iBoost will review relevant records, which may include access times, assigned professionals, service activity, communications, prior restrictions, customer access and third-party access.
Any remedy will depend on the available evidence, causation, purchased service and applicable law. iBoost is not responsible for incidents established to have resulted exclusively from:
- Violations or sanctions predating the order.
- Actions performed by the customer or unrelated third parties.
- Unauthorized simultaneous access or interference.
- False, incomplete or concealed account information.
- Independent publisher actions not caused by a defect in iBoost’s service.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
Boosters, contractors and specialized partners
Orders are normally fulfilled by professionals previously registered and vetted through iBoost’s internal eligibility, identity and service-quality procedures.
Depending on the game, region, platform, availability or specialized nature of an order, iBoost may engage verified independent professionals or specialized fulfillment partners.
Assigned professionals and partners are expected to follow applicable confidentiality, access, security and service instructions. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the assigned order.
iBoost remains the customer’s contracting point of contact for orders purchased directly through the iBoost website. The use of a contractor or partner does not automatically transfer iBoost’s customer-service obligations to that person.
iBoost may reassign an order when reasonably necessary for security, availability, quality or timely fulfillment.
Support and progress updates
Support requests may be submitted at any time through the channels made available on the website. Responses are provided as quickly as reasonably possible during staff availability.
The frequency and detail of progress updates depend on:
- The selected update option.
- The service type and duration.
- Whether meaningful progress has occurred.
- Operational and account-security considerations.
- Customer availability and requested communication.
“Live”, frequent or custom update options will be performed according to their stated scope. Standard services may receive periodic milestone updates rather than continuous communication.
Automated confirmation of a support request does not mean that a staff member is continuously available or that the issue has already been resolved.
Order chat and official support
The order chat is used to coordinate the assigned service, progress and completion. Support Chat is a separate administrative channel for help, complaints and refund requests. iBoost administration may authorize external coordination, including Discord, for convenience, but important agreements, scope changes and complaints must remain documented with iBoost.
Customers must not make private payments or purchase additional services directly from an assigned Booster outside iBoost. External coordination does not authorize such transactions. Delivery complaints should be submitted through official support with the order number so that they can be recorded for review.
Intellectual property and website use
The iBoost name, original website design, text, service structure, calculators, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to IBOOST GAMING LTDA, except for third-party game assets and trademarks.
Customers may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit protected iBoost content or systems without prior written authorization.
Game names, logos, screenshots, characters and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is used for identification and service-description purposes and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Service responsibility and limitations
iBoost will provide accepted services with reasonable care, operational competence and consistency with the purchased scope.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iBoost is not responsible for losses caused exclusively by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including widespread server failures, publisher outages, unauthorized customer activity or independent actions of third parties.
Estimated completion times, matchmaking outcomes, loot results and publisher-controlled events are not guaranteed unless an exact result is expressly included in the order scope.
No provision in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any obligation that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms removes a customer’s right to seek correction, re-performance, price reduction, refund or compensation when required by applicable consumer law.
Refusal, suspension and account termination
iBoost may refuse or suspend an order or customer account when reasonably necessary due to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- False identity or account information.
- Abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct.
- Security risks or credential compromise.
- Repeated interference with active service performance.
- A material violation of these Terms.
- A publisher, legal or payment restriction affecting the requested service.
When appropriate, iBoost will provide the customer with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Any payment adjustment or refund will be determined according to the order status, documented performance and applicable law.
Privacy and order records
Personal data is processed for purposes including account administration, order fulfillment, payment confirmation, customer support, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance and dispute handling.
Necessary data may be shared with payment providers, hosting and communications providers, assigned professionals and specialized fulfillment partners, subject to appropriate purpose and access limitations.
Additional information regarding collection, use, retention, international transfers and customer rights will be provided in the Privacy Policy.
Customers must not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through general support messages.
Changes to these Terms
iBoost may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, security or service changes. The current version and its revision date will be published on this page.
Material changes will not retroactively alter the agreed scope, price or essential rights of an order already accepted, unless the change is required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
Each order will be associated with the version of the legal documents presented when the customer accepted and submitted it.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the customer and iBoost are encouraged to attempt a good-faith resolution through the official support channel.
Subject to mandatory consumer and jurisdictional rules, disputes may be submitted to the courts legally competent for the matter.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory protections or a competent forum available under the laws applicable to their place of residence.
General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms, the order confirmation and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement relating to the purchased service.
Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
No waiver
A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
Electronic communications
Order confirmations, receipts, support messages and legal notices may be provided electronically through email, the customer account or another durable electronic format.
Language
These Terms may be made available in more than one language. Mandatory consumer-language requirements and legally applicable interpretation rules will remain effective.
