Purpose and application
This Legal Disclaimer applies to the website iboostgaming.com, its pages, service descriptions, communications, and the gaming-related services offered by IBOOST GAMING LTDA, referred to in this document as “iBoost”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
This document must be read together with our Terms & Conditions , Refund Policy , and Privacy Policy . The specific description, selected options, price, and objectives shown in each order also form part of the service agreement.
If this Disclaimer conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule, the mandatory legal rule will prevail.
Independent service
iBoost is an independent gaming services provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, iBoost is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or officially connected to any game developer, publisher, console manufacturer, digital storefront, marketplace, payment network, or gaming platform mentioned on the website.
References to games, characters, classes, ranks, modes, platforms, currencies, items, or other in-game elements are used only to identify the game and explain the requested service.
Trademarks and third-party content
Game names, logos, characters, artwork, icons, screenshots, trademarks, service marks, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on iBoost does not transfer ownership or create an official association.
Such material is used for identification, description, navigation, commentary, or informational presentation of compatible services. iBoost does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
Original iBoost branding, website layout, written materials, graphics, service structures, and software remain the property of iBoost or their respective licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization.
Rights holders may contact support@iboostgaming.com regarding a legitimate intellectual property concern.
Nature of the services
Depending on the selected game and order, iBoost may provide services such as coaching, assisted play, account-based progression, self-play participation, piloted progression, completion of objectives, leveling, ranking assistance, challenges, achievements, or other customized gaming assistance described on the relevant service page.
The exact obligation of iBoost is limited to the service, configuration, quantity, objective, and additional options recorded in the order. Features or results not included in the confirmed order are not automatically included.
Services may be performed by verified members of the iBoost team or, where necessary, by vetted professional partners. iBoost remains the customer’s contracting and support point for the order.
Game rules and customer eligibility
Games and platforms are operated by independent third parties that establish and modify their own terms, rules, technical systems, regional restrictions, and enforcement practices. iBoost does not control those rules or how a third party interprets or enforces them.
Some forms of account sharing, assisted progression, piloted play, virtual deliveries, or commercial activity may be limited or prohibited by the rules of a particular game, platform, region, or account type.
Before purchasing, the customer must review the rules applicable to their account and confirm that they are permitted to request and receive the selected service. iBoost may refuse, pause, modify, or cancel an order if the service cannot be performed lawfully, safely, or consistently with an applicable restriction.
Results, progress, and time estimates
iBoost makes reasonable professional efforts to complete confirmed objectives safely and efficiently. However, completion times and intermediate results may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including:
- Game updates, patches, seasons, resets, or maintenance;
- Server outages, queues, instability, or regional restrictions;
- Matchmaking conditions, team performance, or random game mechanics;
- Changes to account access, authentication, or customer instructions;
- Delays in receiving information or cooperation from the customer;
- Actions taken by a game developer, publisher, or platform;
- Unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Dates, completion times, win rates, queue times, and progress speeds shown on the website or communicated by support are estimates unless the order expressly describes a specific result as a guaranteed deliverable.
An estimate may be adjusted when the scope changes or an external event materially affects completion. The customer will be informed when a significant adjustment is reasonably identifiable.
Account access, security, and enforcement risks
When a service requires temporary account access, iBoost applies reasonable operational and security practices, limits access to individuals involved in the service, and requests only the information reasonably necessary to complete the order.
No gaming service can guarantee that a third-party platform will never investigate, restrict, suspend, penalize, roll back, or otherwise act against an account. Platform decisions are made independently and remain outside iBoost’s direct control.
The existence of an account action does not automatically prove that it was caused by iBoost. Any claim involving a restriction or penalty will be investigated using available evidence, including dates, activity records, communications, platform notices, the customer’s own activity, and the nature of the service.
A remedy will be evaluated under the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy , without excluding any non-waivable legal right.
Customer responsibilities
To allow the service to be performed properly, the customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate order, account, server, region, and character information;
- Ensuring they are authorized to use and provide access to the relevant account;
- Following reasonable security and coordination instructions;
- Remaining available when authentication or confirmation is required;
- Not interfering with account-based work without coordination;
- Not using prohibited software, cheats, exploits, fraud, or unauthorized payment methods;
- Informing iBoost about relevant restrictions or recent account incidents;
- Changing temporary account credentials after the service is completed.
iBoost is not responsible for delays or failures caused exclusively by inaccurate information, unauthorized access, customer interference, unavailable authentication, or other conduct outside the confirmed service.
Virtual currency, gold, and in-game items
Services involving virtual currency, gold, resources, or in-game items are offered only for selected games, platforms, regions, and delivery methods that iBoost reasonably understands to support or permit the relevant transaction.
Availability may change without prior notice if the game, platform, law, payment provider, or technical environment changes. iBoost may require additional verification, modify the delivery method, or refuse a transaction where there is a reasonable compliance, fraud, or security concern.
Virtual content remains subject to the rules and technical systems of its respective game. iBoost does not own or control the game’s economy and cannot guarantee that values, prices, utility, rarity, or availability will remain unchanged after delivery.
Third-party platforms and communications
iBoost may rely on independent services for payment processing, hosting infrastructure, account authentication, email delivery, security, support communications, and gaming platform access.
Stripe processes payment details under its own terms and privacy practices. iBoost does not store the customer’s complete payment card number.
If the customer chooses to communicate through Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or another external service, that communication is also subject to the external provider’s terms, availability, and privacy practices. Customers may use iBoost’s internal support system when they prefer to keep service communication within the website.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. Their inclusion does not mean that iBoost controls or endorses all content, services, security practices, or statements available through them.
Website information and availability
iBoost seeks to keep prices, descriptions, compatibility information, delivery estimates, and website content accurate and current. Gaming environments change frequently, and occasional errors, outdated references, technical interruptions, or temporary incompatibilities may occur.
If a material pricing or description error is identified before the service begins, iBoost will contact the customer and offer an appropriate correction, equivalent alternative, or cancellation with the applicable refund. We will not intentionally substitute a materially different paid service without the customer’s agreement.
Temporary website unavailability does not cancel an existing order when service and communication remain reasonably available through another authorized channel.
Responsibility and lawful limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, iBoost is not responsible for a loss caused exclusively by the customer, an unrelated third party, a game developer, a platform operator, an unauthorized account user, or an event beyond iBoost’s reasonable control.
iBoost is also not responsible for indirect or speculative losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated from the confirmed service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or reduces iBoost’s responsibility for its own defective service, misleading information, failure to deliver a confirmed obligation, unlawful conduct, or any responsibility that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Where a service problem is attributable to iBoost, the available remedy will be evaluated according to the circumstances and applicable law and may include correction, re-performance, equivalent completion, proportional reimbursement, or full reimbursement.
Customers under legal age
Customers who have not reached the legal age required to enter into the transaction in their jurisdiction must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an order.
By placing an order, the customer represents that they have legal capacity to do so or have obtained the necessary authorization. A parent or legal guardian may contact iBoost regarding an order made by a minor under their responsibility.
Updates to this Disclaimer
iBoost may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in services, game environments, laws, operational practices, or third-party requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
The version applicable to a paid order is normally the version presented when that order was placed, unless a later change is required by law or is expressly accepted by the customer.
Applicable law and related documents
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Brazil, without excluding mandatory protections that may apply to customers in another jurisdiction.
