01

Scope of this Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased directly through the iBoost website and forms part of the agreement between the customer and IBOOST GAMING LTDA.

It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy .

Refund outcomes depend on the applicable law, order status, reason for the request, purchased scope, documented progress and evidence available to both parties.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

02

Order status and service progress

Refund and cancellation requests are evaluated using the actual status of the order.

Received Payment was received, but the service has not yet been accepted or started.
Processing The order was accepted, assigned or has started receiving active work.
Submitted for review Completed work and evidence have been submitted for customer review. Submission alone is not customer confirmation.
Closed The order was closed through customer confirmation, administrative confirmation or the agreed unanswered review procedure.

An automated payment receipt does not necessarily mean active performance has begun. Service commencement may be established by assignment, customer notification, recorded activity or other objective evidence.

Assignment or a processing status alone does not establish how much work has actually been performed. Refund calculations consider documented service activity and useful delivery, rather than a status label alone. Partial progress is not submitted as full completion.

03

How to request a cancellation or refund

Customers should submit cancellation and refund requests through the official iBoost support system or by email at support@iboostgaming.com .

The request should include:

  • The order number.
  • The account email used for the order.
  • A clear explanation of the request.
  • Any relevant screenshot, notice or supporting evidence.

iBoost may request reasonable verification to confirm that the requester is the customer or authorized payment holder.

A support request is considered received when it reaches an official iBoost communication channel. Customers should not rely solely on messages sent directly to an individual booster.

For a delivery discrepancy, report the problem during the 15-calendar-day completion review period wherever possible. Include what was agreed, what is missing or incorrect, and relevant evidence. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or unrelated sensitive information.

If the problem was raised in the order chat, escalate it to official Support and ask administration to record it for review. A chat message is not necessarily recognized automatically by the software as a formal complaint. iBoost must record delivery complaints received through its official channels; an unresolved recorded complaint prevents routine automatic closure while it is being reviewed.

04

Cancellation before service begins

If the customer requests cancellation before performance begins, the order will generally qualify for a full refund through the original payment method.

A full refund will also generally be provided if iBoost cannot accept the order because of:

  • Service unavailability.
  • Unsupported game, server, platform or region.
  • A technical or pricing configuration problem.
  • A publisher, legal or payment restriction.
  • The inability to assign an appropriate professional within a reasonable period.

If the customer accepts an alternative service, configuration or delivery method, the parties may update the order instead of canceling it.

05

Cancellation after service begins

A cancellation requested after performance begins will be reviewed using the service type, objective progress, work already completed, undelivered portion and applicable law.

Where legally permitted, iBoost may offer a proportional refund corresponding to the objectively undelivered portion of the order.

Evidence used in this review may include:

  • Order configuration and purchased targets.
  • Start time and assignment records.
  • Game progression or session records.
  • Messages and progress updates.
  • Screenshots or other delivery evidence.
  • Customer instructions and requested changes.

Work already performed will only be deducted from a refund where that deduction is permitted by the law applicable to the customer.

06

Completed and delivered orders

Once the purchased service has been fully and correctly delivered, refunds for ordinary change of mind are generally unavailable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. An order status or closure document alone does not establish that the service was fully and correctly performed.

Completion is determined by the objective scope recorded in the order, including the agreed rank, level, number of runs or matches, coaching duration, progression target, documented in-game delivery, or written criteria of a personalized order. Partial progress alone is not completion.

Completion submission and customer review

After delivering the agreed service, the Booster submits completion for review with a working evidence link and relevant delivery information. iBoost makes this information available and notifies the customer through the account or another recorded official channel. The Booster cannot confirm their own delivery.

The review period is 15 calendar days from submission of the completed service for review, with evidence available and notice to the customer. It does not begin at purchase, payment, assignment or submission of partial progress. If evidence or notice is missing, the closure period does not begin until those conditions are satisfied.

The customer should review the agreed objective and evidence, confirm delivery only if the scope has been fulfilled, or report a problem through iBoost Support or support@iboostgaming.com. A request is reviewed on its facts; reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a full refund.

Unanswered review and administrative closure

Under the procedure agreed in the Terms & Conditions presented for the purchase, an order may be administratively closed after the 15-calendar-day review period, subject to scheduled processing, if completed work and evidence have been submitted, notice has been provided, and no unresolved complaint, material issue or payment hold is recorded.

A recorded unresolved delivery complaint prevents routine automatic closure while it is being reviewed. Customer or administrative confirmation may also close an order following review of delivery. The actual closure method must be recorded accurately.

Non-response permits administrative closure under the agreed procedure; it is not an express customer confirmation, signature or message. The final completion document must not state that both parties expressly confirmed when the customer did not do so.

Where a final completion document is generated, it records the relevant delivery evidence link, closure date and actual closure method. Its existence does not prevent investigation of incomplete or incorrect delivery.

Rights after closure

The review period is an operational procedure, not an absolute deadline eliminating all later refund requests. Administrative closure does not waive mandatory consumer rights, valid nonconformity remedies or lawful payment disputes. Requests received later are assessed using the evidence, this Policy and applicable law.

This procedure does not retroactively replace the rights or terms of an earlier purchase without the customer's express agreement or a requirement of law.

07

Service failure or material nonconformity

If a service is not delivered according to the purchased scope, iBoost will review the issue and available evidence.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include:

  • Correction of the affected service.
  • Re-performance without additional charge.
  • Assignment of another qualified professional.
  • An equivalent alternative accepted by the customer.
  • A proportional price reduction.
  • A refund for the undelivered portion.
  • A full refund in cases of total failure.

iBoost will not force the customer to accept store credit or an alternative service when applicable law entitles the customer to a monetary refund.

08

Delays, updates and external interruptions

Start and completion times are estimates unless an exact guaranteed deadline is expressly included in the order.

Delays may result from:

  • Game maintenance or server outages.
  • Game updates or season resets.
  • Matchmaking and queue conditions.
  • Publisher rule or system changes.
  • Platform, region or server restrictions.
  • Customer response or access delays.
  • Security or payment verification.
  • Unexpected in-game conditions.

A minor delay does not automatically create a right to a full refund when the service can still be delivered within a reasonable revised period.

If a delay becomes material or makes delivery impossible, iBoost may offer:

  • A revised completion estimate.
  • An appropriate reassignment.
  • An equivalent alternative accepted by the customer.
  • A refund for the undelivered portion.
  • A full refund when no service was delivered.
09

Customer errors, changes and non-cooperation

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected game, platform, server, region, service, options and quantity before payment.

If the customer selects an incorrect configuration, iBoost will attempt to correct the order when reasonably possible.

A change that increases the scope or cost may require a separate quotation and additional payment.

iBoost may pause an order if performance is prevented by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Loss of required account access.
  • Unauthorized simultaneous account use.
  • Repeated interference with active fulfillment.
  • Failure to provide required confirmation.
  • Prolonged customer non-response.

A later cancellation will be reviewed using the completed and undelivered portions, evidence of customer cooperation and mandatory legal rights.

Voluntary extras delivered by a professional do not expand the contractual order scope and do not create a refund obligation for extras not promised in the order.

Customer non-response during unfinished work does not authorize treating the service as fully delivered. Any cancellation or settlement for incomplete work is assessed using the completed and undelivered portions. The 15-calendar-day closure procedure in section 6 applies only after completed work is submitted for review with evidence and notice.

10

Gold, currency and item delivery

Gold, currency and item delivery services are available only for selected games, servers, regions and service configurations supported by iBoost.

Before delivery begins, an eligible cancellation will generally qualify for a full refund.

If only part of the purchased quantity is delivered, iBoost may complete the remaining delivery or provide a proportional remedy for the undelivered portion.

After a valid and documented delivery is completed, ordinary refunds for change of mind are generally unavailable because the transferred content may not be recoverable or reversible.

This does not restrict mandatory withdrawal, nonconformity or other non-waivable consumer rights.

If the requested delivery cannot be performed because the game, publisher, platform, region or payment requirements do not support it, iBoost may cancel the unsupported order and refund the undelivered amount.

11

Account restrictions, suspensions and bans

A publisher warning, restriction, rollback, suspension or ban does not result in an automatic refund without an investigation of the circumstances and available evidence.

The customer should report the incident promptly and provide:

  • The publisher’s notice or message.
  • The date and approximate time of the incident.
  • Relevant account history.
  • Information about customer or third-party access.
  • Any supporting screenshots or correspondence.

iBoost may review access times, assigned professionals, service activity, messages, prior restrictions and possible simultaneous access.

If the available evidence reasonably establishes that a material failure or unauthorized conduct by iBoost caused the incident, an appropriate remedy will be evaluated according to the circumstances and applicable law.

A refund may be denied when the incident is established to have resulted exclusively from:

  • A pre-existing violation or sanction.
  • Actions of the customer or unrelated third parties.
  • Unauthorized simultaneous access.
  • False or concealed account information.
  • An independent publisher action not caused by a defect in iBoost’s service.
12

Duplicate and incorrect payments

A verified duplicate payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

Customers should avoid repeating payment while a transaction remains pending and should contact support if they are unsure whether payment succeeded.

If the amount charged differs from the amount presented and accepted at checkout because of an iBoost technical error, the difference will be investigated and corrected.

Currency conversion differences or fees independently applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider may be outside iBoost’s control.

13

Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy removes or restricts a right that cannot legally be waived.

Brazilian consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance contracts within seven days, according to applicable consumer law.

Customers in other countries may have additional mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, warranty or nonconformity rights.

When applicable law requires a full refund, iBoost will not apply a conflicting contractual deduction.

Where applicable law permits proportional compensation for service expressly requested and performed during a withdrawal period, iBoost may calculate that amount using objective and documented progress.

Requesting an immediate start does not remove any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

14

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact iBoost before opening a chargeback so that the issue can be investigated and an appropriate solution considered.

Contacting support does not remove the customer’s lawful right to dispute a transaction through their payment provider.

If a chargeback is opened, iBoost may submit relevant evidence including:

  • Order and transaction information.
  • Customer acceptance records.
  • The legal-document versions presented at purchase.
  • Customer messages and instructions.
  • Progress and access records.
  • Delivery and completion evidence.
  • Refund or cancellation communications.

Active performance may be paused while the related payment is reversed, disputed or considered unauthorized.

Opening a payment dispute does not automatically establish that the service was not authorized or delivered. The payment provider and relevant financial institutions evaluate the submitted evidence.

Relevant evidence may also include the completion evidence link, review submission and notice timestamps, complaints and their resolution, and the final completion document. Records must distinguish express customer confirmation from administrative confirmation or closure after an unanswered review period. A record of a notice being sent is not represented as proof that the customer read it unless receipt has been verified.

A completion document or administrative closure does not guarantee that a chargeback will be rejected and does not restrict a customer's lawful dispute rights. The payment provider and relevant financial institutions determine the outcome under their applicable procedures.

15

Refund approval and processing

Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method.

iBoost will submit an approved refund within a reasonable period after completing any necessary verification and calculation.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear depends on the payment processor, card network and customer’s financial institution.

iBoost does not control additional processing time imposed by those providers after the refund has been submitted successfully.

Store credit or an alternative service may be offered, but will not replace a legally required monetary refund without the customer’s agreement.

If a refund cannot be returned through the original method, iBoost may request reasonable verification before using another lawful refund method.

16

Fraud, abuse and false claims

iBoost may investigate and reject refund requests based on materially false information, fabricated evidence, unauthorized payment activity or deliberate attempts to obtain services without payment.

Examples may include:

  • Falsely claiming that a completed service was absent.
  • Concealing customer or third-party account activity.
  • Using an unauthorized payment method.
  • Requesting a chargeback after documented delivery while knowingly misrepresenting the transaction.
  • Altering screenshots, notices or communications used as evidence.

iBoost may preserve relevant records, suspend affected accounts and submit evidence to payment providers or competent authorities where reasonably necessary.

This section does not prevent good-faith complaints, lawful refund requests or legitimate payment disputes.

17

Changes to this Policy

iBoost may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, payment requirements, service structure or operational procedures.

The current version and revision date will be published on this page.

Material changes will not retroactively remove a refund or cancellation right that applied when an existing order was purchased.

Each order may be associated with the version of this Policy presented when the customer submitted the purchase.
